Sunday at Temple Square

My little angel face

Yesterday we went to temple square to see the beautiful flowers. I had these great intentions of getting some fabulous pictures, professional-quality pictures in an hour with a cooperative little 15-month old, but that wasn't quite the case. She normally just jabbers and jabbers and I can't get her to stop talking to me and giggling and making cute faces, but she decided she wanted to ignore me when the camera came out. She was much more intersted in, shocker, getting in the fountains. Once she spotted it it was just a fun game of trying to keep her from crawling right on in. But the grounds were beautiful so here's what we got.

I don't know how we got a decent family photo--Cecily had had it, and was crying and arching, the whole bit, but I set up the timer anyway, and when I was running over to my spot, I went to tickle her, and it made her smile just long enough to take it. She's even looking at the camera! Talk about lucky!

What a fun family activity. Those pictures are adorable and look so professional with the colors of the flowers and all! Sorry we missed you today, I saw further down your blog that you went to the "other" splash park last week. So when I said we were going to the "other" splash park today, you thought I meant the one you went to last week, when really I meant the "other, other" one...CONFUSING! Atleast you kind of know which one I mean now!...right?
