South Africa!
We are in South Africa! We are in the City East London, which is on the coast, about 11 hours east from the capital Johannesburg. We have been here for exactly a week, and will stay for one more week. I can't believe we are here, I never thought I would see south africa in my lifetime. But with my parents here on their mission, we couldn't pass up the opportunity. So far, it has been wonderful--the weather is gorgeous, mid-seventies to mid-eighties at the hottest, with 60% humidity. There's always a nice breeze even on the warmest days, and the landscape is absolutely beautiful! It is so lush and green. It feels like I'm back in Hawaii. We've already been to one game park and seen a bunch of animals, and got to hold lion cubs in the Zoo, and climb in a cage with a little meerkat, and have a Nyala (a Deer-like-animal) and peaock eat from our hand....I'll post every day specifically, cuz I don't want to forget the details--but it truly has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can't wait for this next week. We are going to be taking a road trip to a few other cities along the coast and go to some bigger game parks and an elephant tour and all kinds of fun adventures. One of the most enjoyable experiences has been meeting the people here that my parents have been teaching and fellowshipping and the other members. So far it has been everything I invisioned, and we are making priceless memories!!!

That is so great that you have been able to do this. I don't envy you on the traveling with a little one, but I'm sure you handle it like a pro. Not sure if I will be able to do what you are doing, so I will live through you vicariously. Have a great time and say hi to your parents for me.
