My mom had a fun little Halloween party before we went Trick-or-treating. She dressed up as a witch, had the house decorated in spider webs and had a spooky sound effects CD playing. THen she told a Halloween story on a flannel board, had the kids play pin the nose on the pumpkin and we had a festive Halloween dinner. It's nice to have her back for the holidays!! She missed the last three Halloweens, and the last two thanksgivings and Christmases.

Halloween
This year, I found a darling gypsie/genie/jasmine costume from Children's Place that I bought for Cecily. But she wanted to be Cinderella!! I don't even know how she really comprehends the concept of Halloween, but she was set on being Cinderella. Which doesn't surprise me, she's her absolute favorite Disney princess, and she watches all three Cinderella movies all the time. So I got her one, and I'm so glad I let her choose her costume! I know I'm biased, but she honestly made the most adorable little Cinderella!! She's so mini, and she jsut was a spitting image. Ok, I know, I'm gonna think that about my little girl. But she won best costume at our ward party!! So apprently someone else thought so too!! :)
